Jason Petersen, Operations Manager / CEO:
Over 22 years of professional drafting experience with a strong background in mechanical and manufacturing drafting. As-builds, isometrics, 3D modeling, electrical, mechanical, and fieldwork. Jason has worked extensively in the oil and gas, automotive, and technical education industry. He has managed large machine build projects in the automotive industry as well as many different disciplines in the Oil and Gas industry. Has implemented technical training programs and various CAD management projects for various customers.

David Eberle, General Manager:
Having recently retired from the world's largest pureplay oil and gas exploration company, David has been General Manager at CADanswer for the past year. Born and raised in West Texas, David has been part of the oil industry for the past 40+ years. David has been involved with many major projects in West Texas over the years and hopes to play a large roll in the development of not just our Cadanswer employees but also with our business partners and clients. David has working knowledge of oil and gas processes, conceptual design of processing facilities, vapor recovery, "fit for purpose" design and project management. Other areas of expertise would include PSM documentation and processes, drawing control and management and facility as-builts per PSM requirements. Email: david.eberle@cadanswer.com
Bill Schavemaker, Project Lead:
Working in the Oil and Gas industry since 1988. 18 years of design/drafting of ASME pressure vessels, piping, (including isometrics), Heated FWKO’s & Treaters, Upflow Electrostatic Treaters, familiar with glycol and amine systems, P&ID’s, Piping & Isometrics and B.O.M.’s, for a Canadian steel fabricator. From there, moved to an EPC company, then started my own company as a sole proprietor, in a project management role for 4 years. Projects ranged in size from 40,000 to 2 million, from well tie-ins to gas plant modifications. Moved to the United States in 2008, closed company and raised 2 boys. Gained citizenship in 2012. Started working for CADanswer in 2019 as a Designer.

Landon Huffaker, Field Lead:
Has 12 years of experience as a professional drafter. In that time he has had a wide varity of roles including engineering tech, design from concept to 3D modeling to P&ID set to isometric drawings for construction. He has experience completing P&ID walk down verification of several plants, creating and maintaining BLM well site facility drawing sets for several hundred well field sites, and integration of models to database systems.
